Coaching

Lucy Hoffmann’s coaching practice is anchored in 25 years’ experience of working with people in a huge range of business and organisational contexts, at all levels, from production lines to board rooms to government organisations.

She has worked with dozens of nationalities from around the world, with the central aim of helping her clients make sense of their key concerns, supporting them as they move forward to achieve their strategic, business and personal goals.

Lucy is a qualified coach and mentor through The Executive Coach-Adviser course with CoachAdviser (London), accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is registered with EMCC France; the EMCC accreditation is recognised globally.

Her specific mentoring expertise lies in all issues surrounding communication, self-expression and public speaking.

Coaching focuses on future possibilities, not past mistakes.

Sir John Whitmore

Lucy has this communicative calm that inspires confidence, enabling me to speak freely, and encouraging introspection. She was able to interpret and understand the details of the professional problems I faced and has a great ability to listen and to reformulate, making it easier for me to assess the professional issues I needed to work through. I found her to be an excellent coach..

Lucy is very calm and you can just feel it. When I was stressed just before going into a coaching session, after a couple of minutes talking with Lucy I already felt much more relaxed and calmer. In many sessions, I realised that I already had an answer, but just needed to talk about it to get confirmation and come to realise that the ideas I have are actually good. This has given me so much more confidence.

From me to you…

Sometimes we could all use something that will let in a little light, or provide some food for thought. I think of this as a box of chocolates for the soul.

So please help yourself.  These are all downloadable, made for you.

Once a person commits to being coached, s/he begins to experience a different, more hopeful world, as his or her perceptions evolve.

John G Agno

Lucy’s professional knowledge and understanding of organisations and teams were clear and I appreciated this aspect of our work together. She is a patient and insightful coach. As an active listener, she is very intuitive, always picking up on the subtle signs I was giving in the way I was expressing myself. She helped me notice links between issues that I had thought of as disconnected. Lucy constantly helped me stay on track, making me feel grounded and in control.
